Bali Hiking – Mount Batur

Mount Batur is located in Batur Village, Kintamani District, Bali, Indonesia (accessible by 2 hours drive from Denpasar). The mountain is an active volcano standing at elevation of 1717 meters above the sea. Mount Batur’s caldera is one of the largest caldera amongst 4 other calderas in the world. In 2012, UNESCO has officially listed Mount Batur in Global Geopark Network (GGN). At the summit, you will be invited to witness the sunrise overlooking the sublime Lake Batur and Mount Agung.

Get ready at 1.45 AM to be picked up at your hotel and we will directly head to hiking start point.
Our trained and well-experienced guide will greet you and assist your hiking trip.
Begin ascending to Mount Batur’s summit. There will be a quick rest time in between of the trip.
Once reaching the summit, we will rest to enjoy picturesque sunrise and surrounding views while savoring breakfast before descending to the start point.
Descend to start point. Return to your hotel.
